Why arent men are educated to the arrival of breast?

Well we all know breast cancer can kill, my question is why arent there an association of women teaching men in the breast check or what to look for packages and stuff, it is likely that these things can be found packages, either their husbands or BF `s,,, I know there are a lot of media education on breast cancer and the effects of it, but not the role of what a man` s responsibilty in this,,, I want to be frank, I mean I would be happy if my father knows this, why? because my mother is old and is part of his duty, too,,,, I think this should be taught to all children, and I think this a bit akward, had this show about breast cancer and the effects of the same, most of those attending are women `s,,,, and they had that thing of silicon in the form of a mom,,, the moment she walked in all women in the place gave me a look,, I think this PPL in the medical department have to open your damn brain as well, hell be the diffrience between sex and health isssue `s
